Key responsibilities:

• Providing information on Telenor products and services to (potential and new) customers coming to Telenor shop and mobile point of sales
• Promotion of Telenor offers in order to bring in new post and pre paid customers
• Ensuring profesional, fast and effective way for resolving customer requests and needs
• Stays informed about prices of product and services in order to educate customers about Telenor products and services
• Follow up process of signing of typical and specific subscribers' and other contracts and annexes
• Cash register manipulation
• Daily reporting regarding sales and shop related activities to Shop leader
• Stays informed of the legal requirements and the company's global and local procedures, and  carrying out everyday tasks in accordance with them
• Behaves in accordance with standards prescribed by the company culture 
• Shares the responsibility for the company's image with the other employees
• Other duties requested by superior

Competences: The ideal candidate should possess

• Secondary school/Bachelor’s or University degree in related field
• Professional experience in sales or in customer care preferred
• MS Office computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Good English (written and spoken)
• Additional languages are an advantage (Russian, Italian, German)
• Basic understanding of device setup (android, windows, ios)
• Excellent sale and customer care skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Result oriented and team oriented with positive attitude
• Positive and open minded towards Telenor Vision and Value
• Readiness to work in shifts, long hours and in standing position during working hours
